Every time I’ve been to Java shack I’ve been greeted with excellent customer service. The baristas go out of their way to help and make sure that customers are satisfied. The food is delicious and the drinks taste amazing every time. The “bad reviews” are just from customers who were rude in the first place and don’t understand that the people working here are people just like everyone else. Java shack is great
My co-worker found this place a few months ago and we have been ordering from them everyday since! We love their coffee, all their salads are amazing esp the Caesar. Add chicken and dont worry, you will get a ton of chicken. Acai bowls are great too and my husband loves their breakfast wraps that are filled w bacon, egg and cheese... all so fresh too! So yes, we are huge fans and cannot wait to go back tomorrow! Thank you for all your delicious options.
Cute little coffee shop right of I195. The staff was super nice. Food options seem a bit limited but wide enough variety you can get breakfast. Standard option of coffees and flavors. There was a small cooler with some bottled beverages. Pricing is standard. The food was really good for what we ordered. Wait times were a little long but I was in no rush. Indoor and outdoor seating. Overall I'd go back again if I was in the area.
This was my first time going here. I follow them on socials and always see their yummy pictures of their food and coffees, so I had to see for myself what it was all about. The day I went, they had several customers in line and in their seating area, so I was not able to talk a lot of pictures to show how nice it was inside, but it was really nice and well decorated. I'm all about the esthetics that make the visit inviting, and it definitely had that. The associates were pleasant and quick to take my order. The food all looked so good, but I chose a cheese Danish and the limited time iced iced Zebra Latte. It was ready quickly, and it was the best cheese Danish I've actually had. I will definitely be going back again soon to try some of the other items and lattes on their menu. Take a trip to visit them if you haven't yet. You will find lots to love.
Java Shack's food and customer service is fantastic! Our office orders from them at least twice a week. We recently ordered several items; salads, an acai bowl, and turkey/avo melts. The staff are friendly, the food was delicious, and the owner Andrew is more than accommodating. Thank you!
Acai was amazing. Have been looking for a good spot and this did the trick. The base was perfectly frozen and soft and the fruit , granola, and honey were fresh and delicious. Coffee was great as well.
